If your order contains software products, there is a download link on the line item
in the order confirmation that was emailed to you. If you do not have the order
confirmation then you may access the same order information directly from the My
Account → Manage Account Info menu item located on the menu bar at
the top of our website pages. You will be required to login to access your order
information.

Activation Keys
|
|
All Nobix software products require activation keys unless otherwise specifically
documented. Prior to credit approval temporary activation keys may be generated
which allow you immediate access to the software. Permanent keys for software licenses
obtained using a company purchase order are not issued until full payment is received.
Use the download link provided on the order confirmation to download the appropriate
software. If you do not have the order confirmation then you may access the same order
information directly from the My Account → Manage Account Info menu
item located on the menu bar at the top of our website pages. You will be required
to login to access your order information.
Smartphone Alert may be activated from within the application on the phone.
During the trial period the activation is for a temporary period. Once a software
license is purchased, the activation feature requests a permanent key for the phone
number you supplied during the order process. To access the activation feature, from
the Smartphone Alert application on your phone, select Activate from the main menu.
You will be prompted to supply the appropriate Lookup Code, which can be found on the
order confirmation under the Smartphone Alert line item.
If your cellphone does not have internet access, or you wish to manually activate
the application on the phone, please call our sales department at 1-925-659-3500
and we will be happy to help you. Once a permanent activation code is issued to a phone the
license fee is no longer refundable.
For all software products that do not have lookup codes, activation keys are emailed to the email address of the
person placing the order. Permanent keys for software product which have licenses paid for by
credit card may take up to three business days to be processed.
Lookup Codes
If your online order contains a lookup code, and the software product allows automatic
activation, you may obtain your permanent activation key by
entering the order line item’s lookup code during product installation, or after installation
by using the software’s activation
menu item. Enter the lookup code when prompted, and the software will access our web site and obtain
the appropriate key. Lookup codes may only be used once.

Hardware Shipped via UPS
|
|
Nobix ships all hardware via UPS unless other specific arrangements have been made.
Hardware shipments to countries other than the US and Canada must be arranged by
calling our sales department at 1-925-659-3500. We make every effort to ship your
order the same day that the order is received, if it is received by 2:00PM Pacific
time. Credit approval is required before any order is shipped.

Credit Card Information
|
|
For online orders that are placed using a credit card, Nobix records the last five
digits of the credit card number as part of the order. This is for tracking and
audit purposes only. No other credit card information is retained. Order information,
although accessible by the purchaser from our secure website, is stored behind a separate firewall.
